6 apartments for 2 to 4 people. The address is Bosweg 43. There is a large communal garden with picnic tables, children’s play area and ping-pong table.

As standard, the apartments have a kitchen/living room with a dining area and a seating area (with a two-person sofa bed) and 1 bedroom (with washbasin and 2x single boxspring beds). The exceptions are apartment 1 (bottom right), which has a separate kitchen, and apartment 4 (top right), which has a second bedroom with bunk beds instead of a sofa bed. Both these have a double boxspring bed with one mattress. The toilet is in the shower room. The apartments vary in size from 31 m² to 36 m². The downstairs apartments have a tiled floor in the living room and vinyl in the bedroom; the upstairs apartments are carpeted.
The apartments have central heating, cable television, a safe, a clock radio, 2 table tennis bats and garden furniture. The cooking area has a refrigerator with a small three-star (***) freezer compartment, a four-ring gas cooker, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator, cleaning materials and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. All the beds and sofa beds have protective covers, pillows and duvets. The double beds and sofa beds have a single large duvet.
The parking spaces are just at the back of the building.
The 3 downstairs apartments have their own entrance and patio.
The 3 upstairs apartments have a communal entrance downstairs. Two of the upstairs apartments have a balcony. A cellar provides a communal storage space.
So that the neighbours cannot be disturbed, no dogs are allowed in these apartments.
