Rental periods

For weekly rentals of Oase type 1 and 1A accommodation and housing in the Zee, Bos en Duin park, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rental period for the apartments, the larger houses and the group houses runs from Friday to Friday. For Oase type 1 and 1A and the apartments, weekly rental starting and finishing on other days is possible during certain periods in the pre-season and post-season (but not Sundays or public holidays). It is also sometimes possible to rent for a non-standard period of more than 7 days; the weekly price is then converted into a number of days. In the pre-season and post-season, we also rent out our holiday accommodation for weekends or midweek breaks, or for non-standard periods around particular holidays (Carnival, Ascension, Fronleichnam = the Thursday after Trinity Sunday).
A weekend is from Friday to Monday; a midweek is from Monday to Friday. In certain periods we also offer weekend and midweek arrangements with breakfast for the holiday accommodation Oase type 1, the Zuiderstrand apartments and Stenen Koe. It is served at our hotel, or can be a takeaway. If there are 2 people, you can have breakfast free of charge every day. If your group is larger, you can then either pay extra or spread the number of breakfasts to which you are entitled (6 for a weekend, 8 for a midweek) over a smaller number of days. If you do not want to have these breakfasts, you can drop the charges for the final cleaning instead.
The hotel rooms, Kleine Oase, the studio flats and Hotel Oase for groups do not have fixed days for arrival and departure. Sunday is the only day that is not a changeover day. Reservations for a hotel room or studio flat are only possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The accommodation or hotel room will be ready for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival and you can use it until 10:30 on the day of departure.


Rental terms and conditions

Reservations can be made by telephone, post, fax or e mail, or in person at our reception desk. Half the rental price must be paid as a non-returnable deposit within 2 weeks of making the reservation. The rental agreement is binding from the moment the (verbal) booking is made. We will then send you written confirmation with additional information.
If you do not pay the deposit in time, your rights to that reservation will lapse. If your payment is delayed for some reason, please let us know. Your obligations remain unchanged unless you cancel your reservation. You can transfer the amounts owed to our account of the Rabobank or at the ING.

In Germany, you can make the payment to KSK Köln.
From other EU countries, you can transfer the money at no additional cost by clearly indicating the IBAN code and the BIC or SWIFT code.

The remaining amount is paid in cash on arrival (it is only possible to pay with a PIN code if you have a card for a Dutch bank account, Maestro or V Pay).


Garantiefonds (guarantee fund)

You can join our Garantiefonds (guarantee fund). In the event of cancellation due to illness, death or a participating person or close family, or in the event of other calamities, you will then get your deposit back and you will not be required to pay the remainder. The guarantee fund entitles you to full repayment from the day the booking is made through to the day before arrival, and entitles you to partial repayment until
3 days before the day of departure as booked. If you want to participate in our Guarantee Fund, please indicate this when making the booking. Please also inform us as quickly as possible (by e mail, fax or post) of the names and dates of birth of all the people in your party. The costs for the guarantee fund are paid at the same time as the deposit.
