Extra luxury spacious bungalow for 8-10 people, situated at Noordendolfer 4A. There is a patio at the side, with a windbreak.
Front and back, there is a large garden, enclosed by greenery.

Everything in bungalow De Loeiboei is at a single level. The living room has a specious seating area, a large foldaway dining table and a cosy open-plan kitchen with a bar. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own washbasin. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single boxspring beds. There is also one bedroom with a double boxspring bed. The largest bedroom has 2 single boxspring beds, a foldaway bunk bed (of which only the bottom bed can be folded away), a cot and a second television. The bathroom has a short but broad bath that is also used for showering. The bathroom also has a toilet and the washing machine. There is also a separate second toilet. The total floor area is 10 m². The whole bungalow is floored in marbled linoleum.

The house is heated by warm air convection (grilles in the floor). There is cable TV, a telephone, stereo, safe, clock radio, 4 ping-pong bats, a highchair, an open hearth and garden furniture. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a separate three-star (***) freezer, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a six-ring gas cooker, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator, a toaster, cleaning materials and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. The beds have protective covers, pillows and duvets. The double bed has a single large duvet. You can park 3 cars on the drive.

Accessibility

De Loeiboei is suitable for disabled people to a certain extent. The accommodation is spacious, everything is at a single level and there are not many lintels between the rooms. There is one large bedroom in which a high/low bed can be placed. If the lintel at the front door presents a problem, we can place a wheelchair ramp in front of it. The patio entrance can also be used. The bathroom does have supports, but cannot be accessed by wheelchair.

Nature and adventure

De Loeiboei is at the edge of a beautiful wood and dune area. You can wander for hours through the woods, over the dunes and along the beach.
There are lots of opportunities for children to play and make discoveries in the adjacent wooded area. There are all sorts of things to do: hide and seek, building huts, picking berries and blackberries, jumping ditches and investigating the ruins of a bunker.

De Loeiboei is at the outskirts of the Zee, Bos en Duin park.
