Oase Group Hotel

Group Hotel Oase is located at Noordendolfer 8, at the outskirts of
the Zee, Bos en Duin bungalow park. There are 13 bed-sitting rooms for a total of 28 people. There is a patio at the front and back with a barbecue.

The Group Hotel consists of a seating area with a dining table, a bay with tables and chairs, a kitchen, 3 showers and 3 toilets, plus 13 bed-sitting rooms. The kitchen is set up so that cooking for groups is possible. There is a large refrigerator, a freezer, a six-ring hob with extractor fan, a combination microwave, a large coffee percolator and a professional dishwasher plus plenty of crockery and utensils.
The sitting room has a TV, stereo, DVD player and a safe. High-chairs and/or a playpen can be provided if required.

The bedrooms/bed-sits are on three floors. Each room has a washbasin and central heating. There are 2 rooms downstairs, each with 2 single beds. On the first floor, there are 4 standard rooms and
3 small rooms each with 2 single beds. The top floor has 2 rooms with 2 beds and 2 rooms with 3 single beds. The luxury boxspring beds (mostly 90cm wide and 210 cm long) have duvets. Towels are also provided and are change daily if necessary. It is also possible to add a number of cots and/or foldaway beds. The kitchen and bay have tiled floors. The lounge has laminate and the bedrooms are carpeted. The total floor area is 115 + 105 + 55 m².

When staying at the hotel, you can buy drinks and snacks from the self-service, but you can also buy everything in yourself.

The group accommodation is in the same building as the reception and the staff areas. This does mean that your group will not have the entire building to itself all day: the kitchen and bay are also used by others until 14:00 and the entrance to the building is also the entrance to the reception desk. However, if a group is staying in the hotel, there will not be any other guests at the same time - even if you do not require all the rooms. The car park is immediately behind the hotel.

Because other guests may also be present for breakfast and there are also staff present during the day, dogs may not be brought to the Hotel.

Nature and adventure

The Group Hotel is at the edge of a beautiful wood and dune area. You can wander for hours through the woods, over the dunes and along the beach.
There are lots of opportunities for children to play and make discoveries in the adjacent wooded area. There are all sorts of things to do: hide and seek, building huts, picking berries and blackberries, jumping ditches and investigating the ruins of a bunker.

The Group Hotel is at the outskirts of the Zee, Bos en Duin park. Here is a children’s play area, small sports field, ping-pong tables and bicycle hire.
