Oase Group House

Large extra deluxe family house for 12-13 people, situated at Noordendolfer 6, with patios in front and at the back.

The Oase Group House has 2 storeys. Downstairs there is a living room with 2 seating areas and a wood-fired heater, a separate kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double boxspring bed, a washbasin and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. All 5 bedrooms upstairs have their own washbasins. Three of them have 2 single boxspring beds; there is one bedroom with a single boxspring bed plus a single bed with a foldaway bed beneath it. The biggest bedroom has a wide double bed, a second TV and a balcony (shared with the room next to it). Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The total floor area is 2x 62 m². The floors both upstairs and down are marbled linoleum; the kitchen and hallway are tiled.

The accommodation has central heating, cable TV, telephone, stereo, safe, clock radio, 4 ping-pong bats, a highchair, a bicycle shed and garden furniture. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a separate three-star (***) freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a four-ring gas cooker plate, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator, a toaster, cleaning materials and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. The beds have protective covers, pillows and duvets. The double beds have a single large duvet (the upstairs one has two mattresses and the duvet is 240x200 cm).
You can park 1 to 3 cars on the drive.

Nature and adventure

The Oase Group House is at the edge of a beautiful wood and dune area. You can wander for hours through the woods, over the dunes and along the beach.
There are lots of opportunities for children to play and make discoveries in the adjacent wooded area. There are all sorts of things to do: hide and seek, building huts, picking berries and blackberries, jumping ditches and investigating the ruins of a bunker.

The Oase Group House is at
the outskirts of the Zee, Bos en Duin park.
Here is a children’s play area, small sports field, ping-pong tables and bicycle hire.
