Hotel apartment for 2 people, situated behind Noordendolfer 6.
It has a patio, a large garden and its own parking area.
Kleine Oase has a kitchen/living room downstairs with a seating area and a small dining table. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single boxspring beds and a washbasin, and a bathroom with toilet and a bath that is also used for showering. The total floor area is 15+17m². The downstairs floor is tiled and there is carpeting upstairs.
The house has central heating, a telephone, cable television, a safe,
a clock radio, 2 table tennis bats, garden furniture and covered bicycle storage. The cooking area has a refrigerator with a small three-star (***) freezer compartment, a four-ring gas cooker, an extractor hood,
a coffee percolator and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils.
The beds have duvets.
