Luctor

A new and comfortable hotel apartment for 2 people, situated in the Zee, Bos en Duin park. It is spacious and has facilities for people with functional disabilities. It has a wooden planking patio at the edge of the woods and an extra large parking space close to the accommodation.

Luctor has a kitchen/living room with a dining table and comfortable chairs. The spacious bathroom has a raised toilet with arm supports, an adjustable sink, a shower with a seat and handles on the wall, plus a jacuzzi. The downstairs bedroom has 2 high single beds. If a high/low bed is required, one of the beds can be removed. The total floor area is 36 m² and it is tiled.

The house is centrally heated with underfloor heating. There is a telephone, cable television, a safe, a clock radio, 2 table tennis bats and garden furniture. The cooking area has a refrigerator with a small three-star (***) freezer compartment, a four-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. The beds have duvets.

Additional low-season discount in January, February, March, November and December (except for public holidays) for stays of at least 3 nights: € 5 per night.
Rental of Luctor without breakfast: discount of € 10 per night.
