Luctor et Emergo

New, comfortable accommodation for 4 to 6 people, located in the Zee, Bos en Duin park. Downstairs offers space and facilities that can also be used to the full by people with functional disabilities. There is a small patio on the sunny side and a patio of wooden planking at the edge of the woods.

The Luctor et Emergo holiday accommodation has a living/cooking area downstairs and a dining table with comfortable chairs. The spacious bathroom has a raised toilet with arm supports, an adjustable sink, a shower with a seat and handles on the wall, plus a jacuzzi. The downstairs bedroom has 2 high single beds. If a high/low bed is required, one of the beds can be removed. There is a large living room upstairs with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a second small bedroom with 2 single boxspring beds and a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin. The total floor area is 2x 36 m². The downstairs floors are tiled and there is carpeting upstairs.

The house has central heating (underfloor heating downstairs),
2 televisions (the upstairs one is LCD), telephone, 2 safes, stereo,
2 clock radios, 2x2 ping-pong bats and garden furniture. The kitchen downstairs has a refrigerator with a three-star (***) freezer compartment, a microwave, a four-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator, cleaning materials and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. the kitchenette has a refrigerator, combination microwave, a coffee percolator and a water heater. The beds have protective covers, pillows and duvets. The sofa bed has a single large duvet.
You can park on the extra-wide parking space close to the house. There is a wide tiled path from the parking space to the house and from the house to the reception desk.

As well as the various luxury and extra deluxe facilities, Luctor et Emergo has a number of special features that cannot be found (yet) in our other accommodation. And Luctor et Emergo does not have everything that you get in our (extra) deluxe accommodation. This is whey we call it “a class apart”.
