Merelnest
Luxury semi-detached house for 6 people, situated in the village centre at Oostraat 3. The house has a small front garden and an enclosed patio at the back.
Merelnest (Blackbird’s Nest) has a living room downstairs with a spacious seating area and dining area, plus a separate kitchen and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room with washbasin. The front bedroom has 2 single boxspring beds and a washbasin. The rear bedroom has a wooden-framed double bed with 2 mattresses but a single large duvet (240 x 200 cm) and a washbasin. The small side bedroom has 2 single boxspring beds and a balcony. There is a cot that can be placed in either of the larger bedrooms. The total floor area is 2x 35 m². The downstairs floor is laminate with tiles in the kitchen and hallway. The upstairs flooring is vinyl.
The house has central heating, cable TV, stereo, safe, clock radio, highchair and garden furniture. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a separate three-star (***) freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a four-ring gas cooker, an extractor hood, a coffee percolator, cleaning materials and plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. The washing machine is in the vestibule by the kitchen. The beds have protective covers, pillows and duvets.
Merelnest does not have its own parking space, but you can park free of charge in the streets around it.
